Getting Snuggly

As many of you know, Kjella has never been a very cuddly baby. When she stops moving for a few snuggles we cherish them as much as we can! Here is one of the rare instances where she was being somewhat snuggly :)

Dog Park

There is a huge dogpark close to our house. It's the perfect place to get the dogs off-leash to get the devil out of them. Kjella loves to cruise around and see all of the different dogs. She thinks they are hilarious.

Emma and Kota (Lisa and Morgan's dog) could go at this all day.

Still fetching ...

Christmas Day

Christmas morning we headed over to the Beyer's for breakfast and present opening and then headed up to the slopes for some skiing. That night we went to the Green's for dinner along with the Beyer's, Bob, Amy and Feds. Cami's brother, his wife and their little boy Roman also joined us. We topped off the weekend with a wonderful visit from our long-lost friends, the Schademan's! For those of you who remember our wedding, Al was the one who sang and played the guitar :) We are very grateful for all of our wonderful friends and family.

Present Time!

Kjella and Kolby

Little Mr. Kolby. Doesn't get any cuter than this!

Kolby's new shirt says 'I Love Big Dumps' (as in snow dumps). Perfect.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we had dinner at our house with the Beyer crew, Bob, Feds and Amy, Jeremy, Cami and Kolby (the wee one in the pictures below).

Kjella wondering why nobody is opening presents.

She has decided to go ahead and start opening them anyway.

Naa-na-naa-na-boo-boo

Playing with the ribbons. Best part of opening presents!

Out for a Ski on a Beautiful Day

Hanging on dad's back while he cruises the trail.

Taking a break with mom.

Sisters

All this hard work. I need a snack!

Getting ready to head back home ...

Kjella's Christmas Tree

Grandpa Dean won a Christmas tree for Kjella from the Senior's Center in Rochester! The seniors made the tree and the ornaments by hand.

Kjella LOVES it! (So does Zaz)

Thanks Grandpa Dean!

Peas, Corn and Cheese ... ?

'Okay people, listen up. Here's the situation. I have a tray full of peas, corn and cheese ... '

'Mommy said I have to take seven bites. That's right, seven!'

'Hmmmm ... maybe she won't notice if I just pick out all of the cheese ... '

'What do you mean that's cheating? I give up. This is going to be impossible.'

'Well then I have an even better idea. I'll try to shove all of it in my mouth all at once.'

'Uh Oh. Maybe that wasn't such a great idea after all.'

'Okay, now I'll just try eating them one by one. This isn't so bad. I can do it!'

'I only have one left!'

'Mission accomplished! All done!'
